Ok you guys, just *one* more pattern tutorial 😂This was too fun and too easy to resist sharing. The last couple of pattern tutorials were definitely on the more advanced side, but this one is perfect for intermediate/ambitious beginners! 

We’ll start by making our lettering brush and I’ll show you an easy way to preview/adjust the pattern before adding it to the brush. I share all of my brush settings and then we start playing with it! You’ll see how to apply it to shapes for quick wreaths and then we’ll fill out our summery lettering with florals and foliage accents, finished off with some paint splatter and a watercolor paper texture.

To keep things extra organized this year, I thought it’d be fun to create a new calendar design (here’s last year’s version!). For this one, we’ll be creating a versatile wreath that can be used for any month of the year. I’m also sharing a new method I’ve come up with for creating uniform spacing within the calendar no matter what size 2D grid you use 🙂

It’s no secret I loooove painting wreaths in Procreate, but I realized that I had yet to share an asymmetrical one! We’re fixing that this week with a foliage-packed, twisted vine, beginner friendly asymmetrical wreath in Procreate!  Pop this onto your IG feed, print it on stationery, or just pretty up your Procreate gallery with it. 


We use several different brushes from my gouache lovers set, but this can be accomplished with any brushes you’d like – just make sure you’re using pressure sensitive brushes so you’ll get some pretty line weight variation 😉

This is one of those questions that has a lot of variables, so I’m sharing my process specifically this week. The main variables include what kind of monitor you have, what kind of printer you’re using and what type of paper you’re printing on. There are SO many different combinations of those three items that it’s difficult to say, ‘do this and you’re set!’ I’ll break down everything to keep in mind, though, and share my best tips for how to print artwork from Procreate. In celebration of Spring, I thought it would be fun to keep the floral party going into Procreate! The last couple of weeks we painted watercolor florals and this week we’re drawing digital ones 😉 In this week’s tutorial, we’ll plan, customize and create custom floral wreaths in Procreate. I’m using an iPad Pro (12.9″, 256GB), Apple Pencil, Procreate and my custom monoline procreate brush for this (available for free in the resource library). Piggybacking off of last week’s tutorial, this week we’re creating a holiday postcard in Adobe Illustrator! We’ll be using the free vectors from the holiday vector pack, so be sure to grab those if you haven’t already. Today is extra exciting, because I just released my newest font Espresso Roast, which we’ll be using, as well. It’s a font trio, so you get an all caps version, a script version and a symbols font. It’s full of fun personality and was designed so all styles pair perfectly together 🙂 Read on to see how to create a complex wreath design quickly using a few easy tips!
