In this week’s tutorial, we’ll hand letter the word ‘Father’ in Adobe Illustrator in honor of Father’s Day. We’ll use a wacom tablet to draw the letterforms, then clean up our points using our direct select tool. This is my personal technique when lettering and we’ll use a monoweight style for this, which has gained popularity lately. Let’s get started!
