It’s Tuesday! This week, we’re drawing some spring florals and putting them into a frosted glass vase, all in Procreate! We’ll start by utilizing the symmetry feature in Procreate to make our vase, apply some texture to the glass with a layer mask, add some dimensional and supporting flowers, then finish it all off with some lettering. As always, the color palette is free and we’re using my free monoweight brush for the majority of the design. We also use a default Procreate texture brush for the vase and my Round Marker brush from my Font Lovers brush set for the lettering.

It’s Tuesday! I’ve got another fun floral project for you this week to celebrate spring and to take advantage of some of those lockdown hours. Today, we’re creating simple loose watercolor florals, all directly in Procreate. The free color palette is here and the brush we’re using is the Round Paintbrush for Illustration from my Procreate Watercolor Lettering set. This *is* a paid brush to get that watercolor feel, but if you’d like to change up the style, any brush with pressure sensitivity will also work with the full project! This is very beginner friendly, so if you’re new to Procreate or florals, you’ll be able to follow along easily 🙂

Happy Tuesday! This week, we’re creating an old school mix tape from scratch, then animating it! This is my most advanced animation tutorial yet – not only will we create a more complex design together, we’ll animated the tape wheels + tape simultaneously using the ping pong option in the animation assist panel. It’s Tuesday! Time for a new tutorial! This week, I’m sharing my method for intertwining elements using layer masking in Procreate. If you’ve already taken Procreate for Beginners and seen the LOOPY project, this tutorial will take your masking skills to the next level 🙂 In this video, we create a bunch of floral elements, then intertwine multiple elements on multiple layers. It’s the last Thursday in November, which means it’s time for your free December 2019 desktop wallpapers! This month’s wallpaper was entirely created in Procreate, with just the dates added in using Photoshop and my font, Miss Magnolia. I’ve wanted to try a ribbon style lettering wallpaper for awhile and December felt like the perfect month for it! If this is something you’d like to see a tutorial for, leave a comment and I’ll put it on my list! For the dates, ‘R’ is for Thursday, to distinguish it from a same-sized Tuesday ‘T’ at a glance. 

The download includes the December 2019 desktop wallpapers in two common resolutions: 1280x1024px and 1920x1080px, with and without dates. It’s the last Thursday in October, which means it’s time for your free November 2019 desktop wallpapers! This month’s wallpaper was entirely created in Procreate, with just the dates added in using Photoshop and my font, Miss Magnolia. I started drawing some leaves for this one, and then I just couldn’t stop! So here is a leafy explosion for November 😉 The lettering and doodles were both made using my ‘Mono Marker’ brush from my Font Lovers Procreate Lettering Brushes. For the dates, ‘R’ is for Thursday, to distinguish it from a same-sized Tuesday ‘T’ at a glance. 

The download includes the November 2019 desktop wallpapers in two common resolutions: 1280x1024px and 1920x1080px, with and without dates. I’ve left the year off of the ‘no-dates’ versions, so you can use it for any November in the future, too!
