I am SO excited to announce my newest course today: Watercolor Lettering in Procreate! I’ve spent the last two months refining my process and making all of the projects, then creating bonuses, a brand new brush set, recording + editing and today is finally the day! In this 8 project course, you’ll learn how to create beautiful + realistic watercolor lettering in Procreate! I’ve also included a bonus on floral + foliage foundations since we have a few floral typography projects, too. And to set you up best for success, I’ve included ALL of my watercolor lettering brushes and paper textures, so you can follow along exactly. Read on for all the details + course trailer!

I’m really excited to announce today that my newest course, Procreate for Beginners, is available! And yep, it’s free! You can check out all the course details (over 2 hours worth!) and sign up right here. If you’re new to Procreate or are just looking to pick up some workflow, tools or technique tips, this course was made for you. I take a slower pace, still describing every step as I go (as with all my courses), so you’ll know exactly what does what and why it does it, too. A few more details about the course as well as the course trailer are below!

Happy Tuesday! This week I wanted to share a tutorial from my most recent online course, 3D Lettering in Procreate. The course takes you through 5 beginner basics projects and gets you comfortable with a bunch of 3D techniques. After that, there are 6 advanced projects that combine those basic techniques while adding on new ones for some extra stunning, pop-off-the-screen outcomes. This week I’m sharing one of the beginner basics techniques: the peeling sticker effect in Procreate. Read on to see it all!

Today I’m excited to announce my newest online course, 3D Lettering in Procreate! This course will walk you through all of the tools, workflow and effects needed to create believable + stunning, pop-off-the-screen dimensional iPad lettering! The course was created with beginners in mind and includes an entire ‘beginner basics’ section to get you comfortable with 3D essentials so you can feel confident heading into the advanced projects later on in the course. No lettering experience is necessary – I share my trick for using existing typefaces if that’s something you’d prefer 😉 The course also comes with ALL of the original Procreate files from the videos, so you’ll have them as reference if you ever need them. Today I’m sharing the course trailer plus additional details, below!

Happy Tuesday! This Tuesday is one of my favorites because a new course just went live! I’m often asked how I created my watercolor leaves and florals kit, so instead of describing it, I decided to teach it all! All 4 hours of the *entire* process from painting to selling 😉 In Watercolor Florals for Graphic Design, you’ll learn how to paint, digitize, enhance and sell digital watercolor florals online. This week I wanted to share the course’s trailer and go over a summary of all the class details. The course’s clickable resources list is available as a free download below, so you have everything you need to get started. Read on to grab those details!

Next Monday, March 26th, I’ll be releasing my newest course titled Watercolor Florals for Graphic Design! I’m often asked how I created this watercolor leaves and florals kit, so I thought I’d share the entire process, from start to finish. In the course, you’ll learn how to paint, scan, digitize, enhance and sell digital watercolor florals. Part of creating florals meant to be used digitally (in Illustrator, Photoshop or templates you’d like to sell) require them to be created individually (vs. painting a full bouquet). Once they’re created and edited, you can then create an infinite number of arrangement and bouquet combinations using them. This makes painting just a few florals to start with really powerful, because they can lead to a large kit full of options.

Even though the course officially opens next Monday, today I wanted to share a video from the course on how to paint 4 loose style small watercolor florals. I’m giving away the course’s clickable resources list for free in this post, so you’ll have everything  you need to get started. If you’re an Every-Tuesday subscriber, you’ll also receive a special gift in your email the day the course opens 😉 Read on for the full tutorial and free resources download!

Ok, friends! Today is *the* day. My newest online course, Learn Font Making, is now open for enrollment (for one week only!).

When I started learning how to create hand lettered fonts, I definitely had the impression it was some super secret skill. I searched tirelessly for helpful tutorials that weren’t filled with a ton of ‘expert font making’ language I couldn’t understand. It was really hard to piece together little things I learned here and there, and I was still left with a lot of unanswered questions. Once I figured out the process, I knew I had to share it in a way anyone could learn. So! That’s what this class is: all step-by-step, beginner friendly with no confusion and as straightforward as possible.

Happy Tuesday! These Tuesdays are my favorite because I get to share a class I love and send it out into the world. Today’s class, Fantastic Flourishes, is no different. Being the obsessed-with-lettering kind of person I am, flourishes have a big place in my heart. If you’ve ever wanted to draw better flourishes, integrate them into letters or create hand lettered layouts with beautiful flourishing, this class was made for you. The class is packed with helpful guides, practice sheets, cheat sheets and more. Get all the details and see the full class trailer below!

Today is one of the biggest days to date on Every-Tuesday. Our very first long-form, self hosted course (only available on every-tuesday) is officially open today, titled Brush Lettering with Watercolor!

Two years ago, I decided to go all-in with my brush lettering. I tried (what felt like) every supply out there, watched demos, looked at inspiration, read books, you name it. My lettering was improving very slowly, and I experienced a lot of frustration. A lot of overwhelm. A lot of second guessing. It felt like I was doing everything right, but my outcomes just didn’t feel like they were quite there. I started implementing a few new techniques and that’s when things really took a turn for me. I remember the night it finally came together so well, like I had cracked a special code.

Happy Tuesday! Today is one of my favorite kinds of Tuesdays, because I get to share a brand new class with you! I’m not going to lie, this class was a lot of work to prepare and record. There were 3 days where I was up until 5am putting every last detail in, so today, I’m breathing easier. 🙂 If you’ve followed along in past classes like Waterbrush Lettering Essentials and Bounce Lettering, you already have the perfect foundation for this one. Instead of a class focused on how to hand letter, this one is all about using your hand lettering.

I’m excited to announce my newest Skillshare class, Intro to iPad Lettering! This week I wanted to share the trailer to the class and a bonus video that you would only be able to see if you were enrolled 🙂 This class is perfect for anyone new to lettering using an iPad or anyone on the fence about investing in one. With your enrollment, you’ll learn everything needed to get started and you’ll also receive 3 practice digital lettering guides and a metallic glitter texture to use on any of your future digital lettering. See all the details below!

I’m so excited to announce that my newest class, Intro to Photoshop in partnership with Brit + Co, is officially available! If you’ve ever wanted to learn Photoshop but felt intimidated, weren’t sure where to start, or just couldn’t find a class that taught more than the interface, this class was made just for you 🙂

We cover all of the basics to give you the confidence to begin editing and enhancing photos on your own, and if you’d like to incorporate some design elements, we go over that, too. This is an online class that you can watch at your own pace (stop, pause, play) whenever it’s convenient for you. We go step by step to create this instagram post together (or use for any purpose you’d like!) in quick and easy, digestible steps.. steps that you’ll be able to repeat on your own for any project of yours in the future.
